Rafael Stuchiner practiced tax law for over 10 years at two major New York City law firms. His work included IRS controversy, audit defense, and high-net-worth tax planning across multiple jurisdictions.
He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law. Beyond law, Rafael spent 20+ years in business, including serving as CEO of two companies and advising organizations on financial restructuring.
He is also a long-time crypto investor with 5+ years of hands-on experience across spot markets, DeFi protocols, and staking positions. He has lived through every challenge his programs teach — Ghost Basis, CSV chaos, cross-chain nightmares — and built the systems that solve them.
Today, Rafael teaches at the intersection of IRS enforcement reality and practical investor action. His mission: give serious crypto investors the same documentation discipline that tax attorneys use.
